Maybe that would have prevented the hopeless wannabebutnevergonna who set up his bleating voice, guitar and harmonica act across the street from my office not 15 minutes ago.
I must suffer and cry for slightly longer.
No $#$*&%$#$ "voice of his generation" is worth this.
