Funny you should point that out. Last night I saw that Maura Tierney is in the process of getting a divorce, and thought she would be absolutely perfect for you.
?!?!? I'm confounded and flattered at the same time. I've only ever watched a couple episodes of ER, but I have noticed that Tierney hasn't lost much hotness as she's aged-bit like Sherilyn Fenn and Julie Warner.
And of course I think NewsRadio is one of the great sitcoms of the past 15-20 years.
Never thought I'd "hear" anyone say she was perfect for me, though.
I see her as perfect for you because she's not only very pretty, but also extremely intelligent, with a great sense of humor. She also gives off the impression of being very accessible and down-to-earth, fully capable of throwing back a drink and sharing a dirty joke.
Or it could also be the transitive property of mathematics applied here: I have always considered Tierney to be one of my dream women (but have been involved with someone for over eight years). You and I tend to have similar tastes in women. Therefore, she is perfect for you.
And I think she's dressed down on ER because of her character. Check out this video of her and Dave Foley, which is where I heard about her divorce. Even pixelated she looks amazing.
I guess as long as he's fantasizing about drawings the rest of the world doesn't have to worry....
