Entertainment Weekly's done an article listing 24 romantic comedy cliches.
This is stupid of me, but it actually warms my heart to see that I didn't use any of them while I was writing My Girlfriend's Boyfriend. I may have come close a few times, and there's one near miss, but nah: None of em.
