I really love this picture of Sharon Stone. It's so innocent, even childlike. I have no idea at what stage of her career or age it was taken, but it's so not the Sharon Stone we (think we) know:

Nice pic, reminds me of early pics of Britney Spears and Pamela Anderson. Innocence before the unveiling.
I have a hard time believing there was ever an innocent picture of Pamela Anderson.
