Is it because of the heavy make-up? 'Cause nothing says "schoolgirl" like heavy black eyeshadow/eyeliner.
Is it because the outfit is made of some kind of pleather or plastic fabric? I think I saw something like that in a shop next to a "gentlemen's club" downtown. Ugh.
Is it because she looks like she's falling down drunk? Don't get me started.
