There were protesters on Parliament Hill today, but unlike when Bush came for his visit(s), the people with placards just wanted to have their message seen. They were polite and respectful (I was watching online), and not particularly agitated.
We are a little worried about "protectionism" and "buy American" policies that proponents of the stimulus package bill advocated up here...
