Madonna around 1990, right? It's supposed to-that's a professional Madonna lookalike. But according to this site, the kids in the picture are from the Make- A - Wish foundation. Well, we all know the good work that the Make- A - Wish foundation does...telling children with terminal illnesses that they're going to meet Madonna and then giving them a lookalike.
If that's not a metaphor for life, with or without terminal illness, I don't know what is.

Did you catch this line on The Tribute Productions website? "Denise has a strong belief in giving back with the gift she has been blessed with- that gift of making money as a performer. Children all over the world have been personally visited by Denise ( or Madonna in their eyes) and many more have had personal performances by her."

Actually the same pic is in the Bar Mitzvah book I talked about. I looked up her name to see if I could find the image to post, and found this.
Which means either this site is lying about what's going on in that picture, or the book is...
