It's a modified Myers-Briggs personality type: Introverted, Sensing, Feeling Perceiving (as opposed to Extroverted, iNtuitive, Thinking, Judging). The last time I took the M-B test, I was INFJ, but that was nearly 15 years ago, and it's probably changed.

Um...I think it's probably something to do with some sort of anime...
It's a good thing- Iroh is one of the most intriguing characters in the whole Avatar world.

Actually, all you had to say was "He was voiced by Mako" and I would have known he was great.
